Having just spent my own money on my first Non Military move, The answer is a resounding no for a voluntary move.(Like moving to your Domicile as a New Hire, volutarily bidding a new base or equipment)

The only time you will get money from an airline is when they close a base, like Delta and DFW. Then you have a set amount of time to accept the company paid move to your new domicile. Of course, like everything else, this is spelled out in eash airlines indvidual contract and differs fro carrier to carrier.

Basically if you accept a bid to new equipment or domicile thats going to change your location. you must pay for your move, or commute. If the company forces it on you, then they pay for the move.
