Is that a legal definition or a marketing buzzword? Is it an insurance standard (e.g. like Wyvern)?

e.g. car vs light truck (buzzwords: SUV, crossover)

The reason that I ask is because unless it's a legal classification, I would challenge their fictional nomenclature if it's used to negotiate pay or work rules.

BJ loves to make up words for stuff:
- Flight vs. inflight, pilots vs. FAs
- Mint vs 1st class

I don't want them ever saying they don't have first class and thus don't compare to Delta, AA, United.
