Re: Reserves:
1) DWE are either mando or they aren’t. Even mando, there is some room for discussion.
2) You serve at the pleasure of you, not the Reserves. AD mentality takes some time to break.
3) If you are being made to feel that your unit job security is tenuous, and they are jerking you around, consider looking elsewhere to finish. Plenty of options out there.
