Back to a training schedule question... The welcome packet talks about "a couple days rest and then start IOE." Reading between the lines a bit from some other statements, it seems that they want new hires to expect to remain in FLL through IOE. Is that what one should plan for and bring uniforms? Was planning not to bring my Luggage Werks pilot roller and pack for the 6 weeks in a larger suitcase. Any insight and knowledge about the process would be helpful. Thanks.
It depends. I’ve heard of some guys having a couple days off and start IOE right away and others have had a week or two before IOE. Depends how backed up they are.
