Not even UAL or SWA.
Most of those are probably a result of the onset of something called 'deregulation' and an inability to adjust quick enough to the changes. While we are now 30 years into deregulation there are no guarantees in our industry. Never have been. One reason I have commuted is having been previously employed at a few of those listed.
