Well historically over the 45 year history SkyWest management hasn’t done such a thing... they may bend the interpretation of certain things. Like requiring fatigue reports to be sent in, if you don’t except a extension. Well you have to admit, it is very one sided. Look at all the the things Skywest has either duplicated or taken advantage of because of union dues paying people. Now pay is considerably lower at Skywest and thus hurting negotiating power at other regionals.
