I just turned 27 in May, so having a good 38 years left in the career under current rules is also something I'm factoring into my decision making.
Before I saw this I was thinking I’d probably go to southwest. I don’t know what’s holding you in Orlando, but I’d follow the advice of moving to a wide body base you want to live in and just sitting back and watching the magic happen. Southwest will be steady and you’ll probably see more turmoil over your career at UAL, but you’re going to spend much of your career working 2-3 trips a month for $400K/year here. Think about that. If you’re still conflicted after absorbing that, you ought to leave for SWA.
