They can and will be more stringent with hiring street captains. Having just the min requirements will not get u the job right now. They are looking for high time folks, like corporate guys looking to ditch their pager. Senority is everything get on board the airline of your choosing first. The street captain thing is over rated senority first. You'll spend less time on reserve get more days off and better pay with a higher senority number.
