Yes, it should. The 9mo thing is for the additional training in the INTL category. Basically, as it was told to me, if you don't have to touch the school house following a bid award you don't incur a seat lock.

The short seat locks are for things like 88 folks getting 90 differences and moving into the CVG or SLC domiciles, or 767 peeps going through intl ground school and TOE. In fact, ER upgrade from 767 may be longer than 9 mo. Anyone know for sure?
