I know the latest hiring news, but am still trying to get a Delta interview. Im almost 6 years at ASA with only 400 p.i.c/4000 total to date. What does it take to get an interview? What did yall have? They emailed me to update my Airline Apps numbers once in early november.

typical new hires I have been flying with from the regionals have 5-6000 total time with 2-3000 PIC.

I had over 7000ttl, 2000pic, 5 lors, three from Delta guys. You could probobly do it with less with better recs.

8600TT, 6700 Part 121 PIC, 3800 Jet PIC, 1 LOR on file from a Delta newbie. I know the only reason I got the interview was because I went to an AIR INC. conf. and hit it off with Arnie. If you can't get the interview go to conference where you can meet face to face. I got the job and am waiting for my class date. Just don't give up.
