Or, since they have no organization, they can continue the low standard that management will use on the unionized groups to say what they should be getting paid, just like in the UAL Ch. 11 bankruptcy. You know, when they said it was OK to agree to an 18 month pay freeze as well as operate 70/90 seats for 50 seat rates. They didn't so anybody any favors on that one. Especially the pilot groups at AWAC/ACA.
I guess SkyWest should have told UA to go **** up a rope when they asked for the contract to be redone. The fact is, both AWAC and ACA tried to see who would blink first and they lost. Sadly, you want to blame SkyWest and you should be blaming Kerry Skeen and Geoff Crowley
