I got my contract via DHL a few weeks after I was called and informed I was hired. I then mailed it back to them. This was all done several months before I went to training.
I would say, once you sign your contract, you are hired. Now there have been cases of guys/gals not showing up for training. I guess that would be self termination. Then every now and then someone doesn't make it thru training and again they are gone.
Just my opinion.....
