But the only people who are ever going to have good CA seniority in the west got hired 20 years ago, and most are not leaving. So plan on eventually moving on if you want QOL and money in the west. If you want to be a lifer in the east and live in base, that might work out.
That’s my point, Skywest has diluted their attraction by opening coast bases. Business is business obviously, but it’s just a point to note for those not currently in the 121 to think about that they may not be aware about.
