Default help on deciding regional

Location does not matter willing to move to any base for QOL and flight time. Been looking at envoy, skywest, psa, horizon, republic, piedmont, and gojet. What would be the best option in terms of flight time, stability, and upgrades?

If you're willing to move, probably try an AA WO with fast upgrade and adequate QOL. You'll most likely be able to move on within 4-5 years, but if that doesn't pan out the flow is an eventual safety net.

Piedmont has quick flow helped by expansion of the pilot group but has lower QOL and bigger training delays.

PSA has best QOL do to SAP and an increasing flow and more basing opportunities.

Envoy Has longer flow and less QOL than PSA.

Republic has decent QOL and pay gets good in the next 2 years.

Skywest has decent QOL but lower pay with 1% increases for the future and a lot of movement on the seniority list due to attrition.

Horizon has some partnership with Alaska but has been plagued by staffing issues.

Gojet has a partnership with Spirit but it’s not large or Owned by a major airline so that may affect stability long term.

I don't think you need flow to spirit. After I left the regionals, my FO's starting getting hired there.

Interview at several and see how you feel afterwards. You can sense a lot from interviewing with a company. Plus often times there’s line pilots to talk with while waiting around for your interview.

thanks for the replies. Decided to narrow it down between psa and skywest. Got a good feel for both of them, I like the size/base options and stability of skywest, but i like the bonus/flow/wholly owned of psa.

Envoy: flow above all beatings
Skywest: koolaid is better than pay/QOL
PSA: decent pay, contract, movement
Horizon: concede to OO; anything for AS
Republic: good contract, bases, fleet, decent pay, movement
Piedmont: quick movement, #3 WO
Gojet: scab airline
Endeavor: high pay, stable, good movement
Compass: republic of the west, unknown future
Air Wisc: good benefits, unknown future

To answer your question IMO:
Top Picks: PSA, RAH, PDT, EDV, CPZ
Avoid: TSA, XJT, Mesa, C5
