If you havent taken organizational theory and various management courses, you wouldnt believe some of the stuff that they teach managers. Everything is tactics and techniques on how to get your employees to do what you want, and in the meantime keep them from organizing. All of my management books told me that unions are bad, bad, bad. Now why do you think they are teaching MBA's that unions are bad? Because it takes some of that balance of power and skews in the direction of labor.

so if youre going to be anti-union, realize that youre doing their job for them for free. unless you get hired on as management, you really shouldnt side with them but you can still have a positive relationship. not asking you to burn the house down. just realize where your loyalties should lie
