Happiness on an overnight is unrelated.. we still hang out as a crew, still get a beer and burger, etc.
Maybe I’m reading too deep into all these posts but are you moping around while at work? Normally, I climb into my seat, the CA and I have a 5-10 min ***** session about what’s wrong with the contract and then the rest of trip goes pretty well. All I’ve ever done is what’s required of me and what’s safe. That’s what they hired me for. I don’t wear flair and I don’t rah rah. Alaska Airlines is just a place I work. I’ll do my part to make it a better place to work when given the chance. I guess I just haven’t seen the effects of low morale. I mean everyone is still showing up for work right? As far as I can tell, as long as the planes keep moving, morale ain’t a problem in the company’s eyes...
