Close. The regulations require 2 pilots for IFR OPS with PAX under Part 135 (135.101). You can receive the OPS SPEC A015 which gives relief if you have an adequate functioning autopilot (135.105).
In addition, the use of a single pilot with an autopilot only applies to nine or less passenger seats. Ten or more seats, always have to have an SIC for passenger carrying OPS (135.99).
