I don't think the brain trust sees it as a loss of FOs in JFK as much as a need for FOs in CVG. Besides, people have been complaining about not flying on reserve or getting their 100 hours in JFK. This would help that matter.
Paok should be careful what she wishes for......she just might get it. If 50 JFK FOs don't volunteer, will the company displace some?
