Just to play devil's advocate: Considering our seniority based system, if the senior guys are the ones getting the big pay months that can result from C/O, isn't that "fair" in terms of honoring seniority in all things?
Sorry didn’t see the question. Yes I certainly think it is fair that a senior guy should be able to bid the highest paying line. I do not think it is “fair” that that line should exceed the lowest paying line by 60 hours when we supposedly have a 15 hour limit.
