Real easy interview, would I want this guy/gal sitting next to me for next 2-12 hours on the flight deck of one of our aircraft? Simple yes or no and off you went.
That’s exactly how our interview is.......you just have to work at the lepor colony first to get to the interview

By the way United donated a million dollars to the nations largest food bank today and last week gave out large grants to help inner cities at our hubs. Guess it’s a corporate culture, can’t blame them for wanting good people who care about more than airplanes. If you don’t want to jump through the hoops then don’t.
