If someone wants to pick it up at 50pct then go for it! If it’s at 50pct and reserves are trying for it then it may be the only option as well—go for it. Often times it’s the only way someone who isn’t super senior to get a premium pay trip. So let’s not keep saying it helps the company etc etc. Whatvisnreally being said is that taking a trip at 50pct prevents more senior people from getting the 100pct payday.
