At this point not picking up incentive trips would be more detrimental to us getting a contract then picking them up. There should be no blame for people picking up trips or new hires taking jobs. The only blame is with our immoral management. They only care about lining their pockets and don’t care about their employees. Remember where your anger should be pointed.
