Training is in MSP. MSP is our most senior base. If it’s absolutely vital that you get it out of training, while I wholly enjoy this company, i suggest you apply to Skywest. The most junior reserve captain is something like a 1998 hire in MSP. I don’t recall anyone as of late (maybe ever since I’ve been here) getting MSP out of training or at least not for a couple of vacancies. Even then, prepare to sit DEEP in reserve not flying much at all. Otherwise prepare to commute to New York for a while before you can hold it. Because that’s what you’ll be getting
