I don’t work for Frontier so I can blast him. Picking up extra flying and helping to complete flights that might otherwise cancel is way, way, way more detrimental to your cause. Where Spirit got in trouble was all the online talk about it. If everyone got on board and stopped picking up flying silently, and flights started cancelling regularly, you’d be having much more effective bargaining sessions with management.
And don’t worry, there will always be enough greedy, selfish pilots picking up just enough to prevent the perception of a work action.
