So I was supposed to be done at 0630 this morning but they have us babysitting a plane that they couldn’t fix yesterday and still not fixed this morning, and no update on when it will be fixed. Too many follow up questions to see where you fall under in the UPA. First would have to determine if this is a reassignment by the strict definition (see Next Steps 11). A delay over 22 hours but still operating original flight would fall under 20-M and is not a reassignment.
Best bet is to PDR.alpa.org to the Hotline. Takes about as long to file as it did to make this post.
