My info is now a few months old but my class, and the class before/after mine, were split 50% 900 50% 200. Preferences awarded according to social security number, last 4 digits. 9xxx most "senior," 0xxx most "junior." There were a handful of guys in my class wanting the 900 who didn't get it. They were awarded the 200 (and, consequently, less time on reserve in NYC).
You may already know this, but if MSP is really important to you, you can most likely get it out of training at SkyWest as an FO, and it's one of their most junior bases for Captains as well.
Most new hires are spending at least a little bit of time (one week ish) in PHX for the beginning of maneuvers training. Other than that, all training is currently done in Minneapolis.
