People shouldn’t be taking jobs at a carrier in contentious, drawn out negotiations. If everybody just collectively realized that not applying for two months would get Frontier a contract in the same span of time, everyone would be golden, the current pilots and the prospective new hires.
Pilots really can be their own worst enemies.
Forget about history repeating itself.... The situation of pilots crawling over one another,
just to get that job, will continue until the time where pilotless aircraft takeover, and warm bodies in the cockpit are no longer required.
