I have to agree with this. There has been a lot of division over picking up INC trips but no one bats an eye at picking up extra flying over their vacation at straight pay. If you’re trying to short staff the company there are much more effective ways, don’t be a hypocrite. We’re not begging for a TRO here, but your post is flirting with it. Status quo here has always been that pilots work over their vacation. Status quo has NOT been incentivized trips worth 15 hours (or more) per day. I’m surprised ALPA hasn’t straight up told pilots that the company is violating status quo by doing incentivized trips and requesting us to maintain it by not picking them up. Asking guys just to stay at 70 hours each month is a huge no-no.
Bottom line is there will be not TRO because none of our flights are canceling.
