I worked for them for 5 yrs, I would not trust the schedule as far as you can throw it. A typical month for me was 20 days gone(in a row), 5 home. Pilots there (myself included) have routinely done 28-30 days a month. If you are willing to stick to your guns it might be ok. GET EVERY DETAIL in writing! If they offer to pay your gas mileage everytime you drive in...GET IT IN WRITING. If they say 8 on 6 off. GET IT IN WRITING! If you have a family or hopes of one, I would highly reccomend you look elsewhere. Like I said, I was there for a long time. Still have a lot of great friends there, but sadly the work environment is bad. They have a tendency to run you into the ground. Not to say I didn't enjoy my time there, and had they given more thought into pilots quality of life I would still be there.
