If they didn't at least match our contract it would be a problem. The fact that they have exceeded it is just how negotiations should be in our current labor market. The idea in negotiations is to one-up the other guy's contract, even if it were industry leading. The B6 guys accomplished that goal as measured against our TA and a few other contracts. Our goal should be to one-up their contract in our next negotiations cycle. So don't be butthurt. Be glad for them. Things are proceeding according to plan.
