You shed some light on the situation. But I'm still confused on new hire pay and you may not be able to answer my question. Is it $25/hr (East) or $36,000 as a correction (perhaps these are one in the same) and does this apply to the 190 as well even though the info says $41/hr 1st year. I'm not too concerned with this issue, but would like some clarification as if this whole merger isn't confusing enough.

I would guess once the ball starts rolling, upgrade on the 190 would shorten considerably with retirements from the East and new aircraft arrivals, but one never knows.

Sounds like you're on the West. What's the retirements look like from that side, I think you guys are relatively young if not mistaken.
