SSNs are randomized... You are just as likely to have a 64 year old or a 21 year old be the most senior person in a class. That being said, if you have a 00xx SSN and want to be the most senior person in the class- I might suggest a different airline.
Maybe now, but they used to be assigned geographically. I don't recall how, but east to west or west to east order of seniority...
