Now that the ladder has been yanked up, junior pilots cannot pick any INC flying. Deleting LOA 65 was an inside job that has nothing to do with contract negotiations. Senior pilots are crediting 200-300 hours a month while junior pilots are struggling to break 80.

This is all straight out of Lorenzo's playbook. That's why he's legally not allowed to run another airline.
