In DEN on the FO side even having better than 45% seniority won’t even get you a call. The incentivized trips must be going very senior, and they don’t seem to stay in open time very long.
As an example for tomorrow there were 5 incentivized trips, two of which were red eye turns. They are all already assigned. In open time for less than 8 hours. I’m not complaining or suggesting anything. I’m just pointing out the fact they go quick. Not sure about other bases.
The main reason LOA 65 was cancelled. The senior guys pressed their reps to cancel it because they weren't getting called for VJA. Those INC trips were being picked up within seconds and CS never had to make one call. And because they cancelled LOA 65 the company decided to get us back and cancel all our vacations for August. Its gonna be a long hot summer.
