After performing the steps and sync, which took about 15 minutes, my Surface showed the sync as successful but did NOT show that I now had Admin rights.
An email from Delta suggested my Surface probably does now have admin rights even though it is not showing on the tablet profile.
The email also said that the reset instructions will now be sent on Monday the 16th "Due to the upcoming weekend".

Whaaa? They didn't know that a weekend usually follows a Friday? Amatures.
Anyone else try to sync the computer and the dots never stop so it never says it sync'd. Tried restarting multiple times and trying again but getting frustrated.
