Do all company's require a 10 year work history? Do some only require a 5 year? Just curious, because I'd really like to be able to leave one of my previous employers off of my work history.

I had two jobs at the time I was working for the employer I would like to omit, so there wouldn't be a gap in my employment history; but I'd be rather hesitate to leave it off the history nonetheless.
