This is what I was thinking. Indy is close as well. Republic just ordered 100 new airplanes. They will be around for some time. C5? Much more likely they won't be around in five years.
To the OP, if you live near an RJET base I would pick them and drive to work. Better pay, better work rules, better reserve rules, better planes, better contract.....
If you meet the requirements for the guaranteed interview at C5, you should have no problem getting an off the street interview at many other airlines.
