What about endeavor? I know they are hiring again. You can get paid $20 bucks more an hour across the board. We used to have a schedule adjustment period (SAP) but thats on its way out the door.

You forgot about -
people that want to upgrade but can't because they've been displaced fourteen times this year. Before anyone gets all smart arsey, all of those but four were displaced by a reserve IOE capn - or in other words unavoidable. the other four, unable to bid away from IOE capn because SAP took 4+ hours to process. Oh but you get LCR if your displaced ! hahahahhaaaa that's funny. You're given a one day trip and once you are on property you are reassigned - defacto hot reserve for the next four days
Seriously, if you don't currently live in a PSA base city apply at Endeavor - money fixes a lot of issues and Endeavor pays the money. Plus you get an interview at Delta and after seeing how American operates their business vs how Delta does... well... just ride on both and see for your self.
