His point was that 12-13 days flying at PSA pays 65-70 hours and those same 12-13 days at Republic pays substantially more. Line bidding vs PBS isn't going to change that. PBS puts pairings together more efficiently into a line. It doesn't change what three 4-day pairings will pay.
Rigs are a different matter - schedules will be made more efficiently or they will still pay better even if they aren't.
