The airline itself doesn't require work history, you are providing it because the FBI (or some other government agency, can't remember who) requires it.

So to answer your question, no matter who it is they will want a 10 year history. I had a job I was fired from that I didn't want to put on there, but you have to. They didn't even ask about anything during the interview.
