If RJ's are limited comming into jfk/lga and replace with larger planes (73's) then for every 2 RJs that were on the ground there, you have 1 73. RJ's shouldn't fly over 500 miles into the some of the busiest airports in the world. Consolodation of flights would certainly help.
Yes, lets mandate who can fly what where and when....oh wait, I think they called that regulation. Everyone knows it's not the rj's at lga that are the problem, it's those pesky turboprops
