Stuff happens all the time at the last minute. I have volunteered to bail the company on on a few ocasions. Burning it down in times of prosperity is agreeabley not an answer. But, no one here is advocating that.

As has been mentioned, follow the contract, let the process work, or not work as in this case. There are avenues to follow so the situation can be resolved to everyone's benefit. No one is advocating to short circuit the contract at someone elses expense.

Settle down, the business and to some extent contract talks are cyclic with the ecomony. Helping the company does not mean you are anti-union, or pro management. It does help our customers. After all, that is why we fly planes, is it not?
