As has been mentioned, follow the contract, let the process work, or not work as in this case. There are avenues to follow so the situation can be resolved to everyone's benefit. No one is advocating to short circuit the contract at someone elses expense.

Settle down, the business and to some extent contract talks are cyclic with the ecomony. Helping the company does not mean you are anti-union, or pro management. It does help our customers. After all, that is why we fly planes, is it not?

I would’ve done exactly what the OP did, it’s a win for everyone, most importantly the people that pay our salary and we want them to return again and again. It was within the confines of the UPA.

Anyone butthurt by it needs to reevaluate whether they’re part of the problem or solution. I for one would like to see the good times keep rolling, keep your powder dry for now.
