I know you really want a flow to happen, but it seems pretty clear that it's not going to. Unfortunately there are those who I presume are still at 9E who did a good job cementing that decision.
Mesabah has no interest in going to Delta. The only benefit to him of a flow would be getting a few (because most above him are lifers here even if offered a flow) guys senior to him off the list.
