Right, so put some SIM instructors in IPTs... Put the IPTs in the same building as SIMs. Hire more SIM instructors.
That'd straighten some stuff out pretty quick.

Or don't hire people who failed sims to teach ITP ? Do it like we used to and have experienced FOs do IPT training... Oh wait they were all forced upgrade...
