then why do all of the AA WOs advertise 6-7 years? On the Republic Airline’s forum there are 10 year captains there who haven’t gotten hired by a major or legacy yet. This is the main reason I’m interested in PSA, the DCA base, but more importantly, a flow Incase I can’t go somewhere else sooner. You really don’t think the flow is worth it?
