No, I don't. Our flow is worthless to someone who is #1801. That's probably 16 years conservatively speaking. Heck, no one saw forced upgrade happening and yet here we are. Drastic changes will happen to this segment of the industry the next 3 years let alone 16 years. Come here because it offers you QOL, and you can drive to work if DC is your choice.
Republic has 10 year Captains you say. We have 30 year Captains, and they could have flowed to AA anytime. A 10 year Captain at Republic is probably mid 6 figures $ and has outstanding QOL and probably has the best schedule. To go to a LCC or even mainline is a cut in pay and starting over. So not all guys are stuck, they might be perfectly content with their position.
Another thing to keep in mind,, you will be lucky to see all of your bonus money if you come here, it will be cut off when you are forced to the left seat at 1.5 years, or even less if you have prior 121. You will be fired if you refuse or are not comfortable, or you can take a black mark on your record if you fail upgrade if you don't make it through(we have had guys fail). Oh, and if you leave before your 2 years, because of the forced upgrade or something else, plan on paying back your prorated sign on bonus. You will essentially be making less than an FO at Republic as a captain here your 2nd year on reserve with probably another year of reserve to go until you can hold a line.(do some research on our reserve and work rules)
Not trying to be a negative Nancy. Just telling you what the recruiter won't. There are some great things here for the right person.
Good luck
