well, to be fair you didn't add in the 20k retention bonus for PSA - which you would collect all of it, if in fact you did 3 years as an FO.
I guess if you're bored enough, do the math with 1.5 years as an FO with one quarterly payment of retention bonus before forced upgrade.
edit - reread your graph, I see the 3rd CA pay more clearly now, I thought the red text at 3year delineated that at first. So, half the retention bonus at best.
