ALPA, non-ALPA, non-union, merger, acquisition, change of control, holding company, affiliation, whatever Lorenzo-like permutation you come up with, it doesn't finalize without a JCBA with all pilots on the same seniority list. We know we're vulnerable so we spent some serious negotiating capital on a tight scope section.
We're not merging unless management buys us off by mega $$$ to loosen affiliate scope language. They gave up their right to do whatever they want just yesterday, and we can and will enforce our rights here.
