I think they’re still pretty quick for anyone who meets the upgrade requirements. While the “back of napkin” math is probably based on min guarantee of 75 hours at each airline, and is what you should plan on making to be wise financially.... Realistically, you will credit so much more at Endeavor, Republic, or almost any other regional compared to us.

Ive estimated based on what I’ve read about Republic and have heard from friends at Endeavor that even if we MATCHED endeavor rates i would still make about 20k to 30k less per year as a captain with our bottom of the barrel work and soft pay rules.
